1. Terms
1.1. Accommodation provider – operator of the accommodation provider TartuKodu
1.2. Client – person booking a guest apartment of TartuKodu
1.3. Apartment – guest apartment of TartuKodu.

2. Booking and payment
2.1. A Client can make an online payment via the web page before the arrival
2.2. If the Client wants to extend the stay in the apartment, Accommodation provider should be informed at least 2 hours before the check-out time. The Accommodation provider cannot guarantee the availability of free apartments.

3. Check – in and Check – out 
3.1. Check-in usually takes place at 4:00 p.m. or is agreed upon separately for each Client.
3.2. Access to the apartment is contactless. Instructions for getting into the apartment will be sent to the Customer after confirmation of the reservation. The door code of the apartment is sent to each Client individually and in advance through the accommodation contacts.
3.3. The apartment should be vacated by the Customer no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

4. Accommodation prices
4.1. All accommodation prices are available on the accommodation website www.tartukodu.ee.
4.2. All accommodation prices are given per apartment for one night accommodation.
4.3. The accommodation provider offers various discounts for regular customers and long-term apartment bookers. In order to obtain a discount price list, the Client must contact the accommodation provider.
4.4. Accommodation provider has the right to change prices.
4.5. The prices include clean bed linen, towels and hygiene items (according to the number of people agreed upon in the reservation), kitchen accessories, cleaning service once a week, all reasonable consumption costs (water, sewerage, heating, electricity, garbage collection), Wi-Fi internet connection.
4.6. Cleaning is done before check-in and every seventh (7th) day at a time previously agreed with the client.
4.7. The customer has the right to order an emergency cleaning service and change of bed sheets and towels at a price of 20 EUR/time.
4.8. All apartments have kitchen equipment (oven, stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle, air purifier), tableware, cooking utensils, TV, furniture, lighting, washing machine, ironing equipment.

5. Rules on accommodation provider
5.1. When leaving the apartment, the customer must check that the door is locked.
5.2. Do not allow strangers into your apartment.
5.3. All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
5.4. It is forbidden to hold parties in the apartments.
5.5. It is not allowed to take things from the apartment.
5.6. Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
5.7. The apartment must be used for the intended purposes and kept in order.
5.8. The property must be immediately notified of the loss and damage of items in the apartment (among other things specified in point 4.8). If the items are lost or damaged due to the Client’s fault, the Client is responsible for this and is obliged to compensate the damage caused according to the price list of the accommodation facility.
5.9.The accommodation provider is not responsible for malfunctions and accidents not dependent on it (e.g. technical malfunctions of equipment, disruptions in the provision of utility services, etc.).
5.10. The accommodation provider is not responsible for the loss of the client’s personal belongings from the apartment.
5.11. The apartment`s quiet night time starts at 23:00 and lasts until 07:00.

6. Cancellation
6.1. The accommodation provider is not responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays.
6.2. The customer is obliged to pay for the cancellation of the reservation according to the following:
6.2.1.The customer must notify the cancellation of the reservation at least 7 days (168 hours) in advance – the cancellation fee is 0 euros.
6.2.3. In case of no-show, the Customer must pay the entire cost of the reservation.
